Your personal guest card for discovering Bolzano, Laives and South Tyrol
With the Bolzano Bozen Card, included free of charge when staying at participating accommodation partners, you can travel on public transport throughout South Tyrol and enjoy a wide range of experiences, activities and benefits during your holiday.
From the city of Bolzano to the mountains, lakes and many other destinations in South Tyrol, the Bolzano Bozen Card makes exploring the region easy while allowing you to leave your car at the hotel.
How it works
The Bolzano Bozen Card is provided free of charge to guests staying at participating accommodation establishments.
It is valid throughout your stay, from check-in until midnight on the day of check-out.
The card must be validated each time you use public transport and, where required, at the respective service provider. For Partner Bonus benefits, simply show your card.
Some activities require advance booking and may have a limited number of participants.
Free public transport throughout South Tyrol
With the Bolzano Bozen Card you can enjoy unlimited use of South Tyrol’s integrated public transport network, including:
- regional trains from Brenner to Trento and from Malles to San Candido
- local buses, City Buses and regional bus services
- the Colle, Renon, Maranza, Meltina and Verano cable cars
- the Renon narrow-gauge railway
- the Mendola funicular
- one return journey between Malles and Müstair with Swiss PostBus
Transport of bicycles and animals is not included.
Experiences in Bolzano and the surrounding area
The Bolzano Bozen Card also offers numerous opportunities to discover the region through guided tours, leisure activities, wine and culinary experiences and benefits offered by selected partners.
Offers include a guided tour of Bolzano, one day of bicycle rental, benefits during selected wine events and one return trip per day on the cable car at Corno del Renon.
Discover Laives with the Bolzano Bozen Card
During your stay at Hotel Rotwand, you can also take advantage of numerous activities organised in Laives and the surrounding area.
From April to October, depending on the day of the week, the programme includes:
- a guided e-bike excursion from Laives to Merano
- a guided E-MTB tour through the Monticolo forest to the Monticolo Lakes
- a guided visit to an apple orchard with apple and apple juice tasting
- a guided walk to discover local wild herbs
- guided tours to discover the local area
- one day of bicycle rental
- free use of the hiking bus towards Monte Largo and La Costa
- discounts on tastings and winery visits
- use of tennis or padel courts according to the applicable conditions
Some activities must be booked by the previous day.
