  • Room prices: the prices are to be intended per room and night overstay with rich breakfast buffet.
  • Breakfast buffet: daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
  • Our bar is open from 7.30 am to 11:00 pm.
  • Opening times of our restaurant:
    lunch from 12:00 pm to 02:00 pm
    dinner from 07:00 pm to 09:30 pm
  • We dispose of 4 wheelchair-accessible rooms.
  • Free parking area in our garage as well as in front of the hotel.
  • Parking place for bikes.
  • Arrival/departure: on arrival day, your room will be available from 02:00 pm; on departure day, we kindly ask you to leave your room until 11:00 am. If you plan to arrive after 09:00 o’clock pm, please inform us by phone!
  • In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, you won’t have to pay any tax.
  • Payment of the hotel bill:
    you can pay your hotel bill by credit card or cash.
  • Included services & information hogastTravel insurance
    We recommend you to enter in a travel insurance in order to protect your rights in case of cancellation. Please send us your insurance up to 21 days after booking and 14 days before arrival.
  • Included services:
    The room’s price include the use of the swimming pool and the VAT. Tourism tax, the final cleaning, the use of electricity and water as well as the heating.
  • Animals:unfortunately, animals are not allowed
     

Cancellation policy for group travels:

A group of travelers consisting of at least 20 participants, is considered as travel group.
The person who is in charge of the reservation, has to communicate the definitive number of participants in writing and not less than 45 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation of the stay for the whole group or just some participants, at least 30 days before arrival, we do not apply any penalties. Otherwise we will charge the total amount of your booked stay.

Cancellation conditions for private guests:

Reservation confirmation with credit card details.
Cancellations made up to three days before the arrival date (6:00 p.m.) are free of charge.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
